Return Policy

All items sold by Tristate Air Parts are sold as described, with no returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranty of any kind, express or implied, unless a return or warranty is explicitly stated on that product's page.

What this means

• Please review each listing carefully before purchasing, including the description, part number, condition, and photos. If you're unsure whether a part fits your application, contact us before you buy.
• If a product page states a return window or warranty, that statement applies to that product only, and its terms are the ones described on that page.
• Items without such a statement are final sale.

Exception: damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged in shipping, or we sent you a different item than the one you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If we confirm the problem, we will, at our option, replace the item or refund your purchase, including original shipping. We may ask you to return the item, and we will provide instructions and cover return shipping in these cases.
